Registering and Logging In/Out

Registering and activating your LeaveWizard account takes just one minute. Once you are registered to use the system you will have a username and password that you will need to be able to log in to the system.

How do I register?

You can get to the registration page by following a number of links from the home page. There is a link in the top right hand corner of the page; a shortcut button ‘Register Now’ in the main body of the page; or there is also a link ‘Register in 1 Minute’ next to the stopwatch icon on the right hand side of the page.

1. Once you reach the registration page you will need to fill in a details form shown in the screenshot below. As well as your own and your company name, you will need to provide an email address which will form your username for logging into and using the system in the future. In addition to this you will need to specify a password which you will also need for logging in.

You will need to indicate whether you want to sign up to receive LeaveWizard news and promotions, and confirm that you have read and agree with the LeaveWizard terms and conditions. You will also need to enter an authentication code shown on the form to confirm that you are a real person.

2. Once you have completed the details form, click ‘Register’ and your LeaveWizard account will be instantly created. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified in the registration form. The email will contain an authentication link which you will need to click on to complete the registration process. You are now a registered user of LeaveWizard!

Logging in and out

1. To log in to LeaveWizard, navigate to the log in page which can be reached via the link at the top right hand corner of the home page.

2. The Log In page is shown in the screenshot below. Insert your username and password and click ‘sign in’. If you don’t want to keep reinserting your username tick the ‘remember me’ box and your username will be completed automatically when you come to the log in page.

3. If you have forgotten your password, click the link and follow the instructions to create a new one. See separate help blog ‘Passwords’ for more help in this area.

Whenever you use LeaveWizard, your username and status will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen. You also click here when you want to log out.
